Electronic queue

QR check-in, your ticket and waiting time on your phone, and a clear call to the right desk. A simple solution for one service point or an entire service centre.

How it works

From a QR code to the right desk

No paper tickets or app installation. Visitors join in their phone’s browser, while staff manage service from their own device.

Scan the QR code

Display it on a screen, wall, table or reception counter. The link opens the queue registration page.

Choose a service

The visitor selects a category, department or reason for their visit and receives a ticket number.

Follow your turn

The ticket and status stay on the phone. The display shows who is being called and to which desk or room.

Visitor comfort

Wait for your turn, not in the waiting room

With several people ahead, visitors can run an errand. The queue stays on their phone, so they can follow its progress and plan when to return.

Your ticket at hand

No paper ticket to misplace: the number, selected service and current status are together on one page.

A clearer wait

The system shows how many people are ahead and the approximate time until service, helping visitors plan their time.

Two ways to estimate

Use a configured service time or the actual average duration of completed appointments.

Waiting times are estimates and update as the queue progresses.

Organising service

One queue or several service streams — your rules

Set up the structure for your venue: from one specialist to multiple departments, desks and service categories.

Service categories

Separate visits by subject, service or department and assign the appropriate service points.

Shared and desk displays

Show current calls and waiting tickets on the main screen. Each desk can have a screen showing only its own ticket.

Operator workspace

Call the next visitor, repeat a call or pause service from a simple interface.

Browser-based control

Staff only need a computer, tablet or smartphone. No expensive dedicated control terminal is required.

Ways to join

On site or through a link — you decide

On-site QR code

Visitors scan a code on a screen or at reception. To limit remote registration, the on-screen code changes regularly and its link expires.

Online registration by link

Optionally let visitors join before arriving: add a link to your website or send it to a customer. Sending links by SMS can be connected as a separate workflow.

A printed QR code works with a permanent link. A changing code requires a screen.

More from your screen

Queue, advertising and announcements on one display

Combine visitor service with NEXON Vision. For example, video fills two thirds of the display while queue status remains visible on the right.

  • Split the screen between content and queue status.
  • Alternate the queue with video and information.
  • Call ticket numbers with recordings, text-to-speech or a sound signal.
  • Audio and visual air-raid announcements in Ukraine.

Joining without a smartphone

A touchscreen terminal offers another simple way

Add a touchscreen in the reception area: visitors choose a service, join the queue and see their number on screen.

  • Choose a service and get a number in a few taps.
  • Scan a QR code to move the ticket to your phone.
  • Without a phone, remember the number and watch the display.

One platform

Your queue works alongside your screens

Branding, service categories and reception workflows are tailored to your venue. Information content and the queue stay within one platform.

Your visual identity

Your logo, colours, service names and clear desk labels help visitors find their way.

Centralised management

Update content, playback schedules and screen layouts in the shared NEXON Vision workspace.

API integration

Connect queue workflows to your booking system or internal services through an agreed integration process.

Minimal equipment

Start with one screen

No complex ticket-dispensing installation is needed. The basic setup uses a screen with a player, internet access and a staff member’s existing device.

  • A TV with NEXON Player or a compatible Android device.
  • An on-screen QR code and a visitor web page.
  • A phone or computer to manage service.
