Clinics and medical centres

Information screens, electronic queues, touchscreen check-in and audio help patients find their way and reduce repetitive questions for staff. From one medical centre to an entire clinic network, NEXON Vision brings it all under one control.

Integrations and partners

Clinic data, on the right screen

Integration with medical systems such as DocDream connects schedules, appointments and the doctor's workstation to NEXON Vision screens. Queue boards and door displays update from the data the clinic already maintains.

Waiting-area queue board

Ticket number, room, doctor, appointment time and status. Each waiting area shows its own queue; a highlighted entry and voice announcement signal an invitation.

Door-side display

See who is consulting today, their speciality and whether to enter. When called, the screen shows the ticket number; during a consultation, it asks visitors to wait.

Advertising screens

Present your services while patients wait

Screens at reception and in corridors introduce doctors, services, check-ups and new departments. Share useful information, preparation instructions, opening hours and announcements in your clinic's own visual style.

Set different schedules for paediatrics, diagnostics and other departments. Update all branches or selected screens, combining video, images and web pages.

Queue information and clinic content can share a screen: for example, two-thirds for services and one-third for tickets and rooms. Alternatively, install dedicated boards for different floors and departments.

Touchscreens

Self-service check-in and clear directions

On a touchscreen, visitors can check in, choose a service, obtain a queue number or find the right room. The workflow connects to clinic processes through integration with its management system.

Visitor checking in at a clinic touchscreen kiosk

Wall-mounted, countertop and freestanding screens suit reception, corridors and self-service areas. They offer an alternative to QR registration for visitors without smartphones, with staff assistance whenever needed.

A NEXON media player connects to a TV or monitor by HDMI and to the network by Wi-Fi or LAN. Compatible Android TVs run the app without a separate box. We help with configuration, launch and ongoing support.

Electronic queue

Patients know when and where they will be called

Separate queues by room, specialist and waiting area. Screens show the ticket number, destination and current status without needing to announce the patient's name.

Choose the right workflow: a DocDream-connected queue with reception-issued tickets, or a standalone NEXON Vision QR queue with status on the visitor's phone. Registration can also use a kiosk or a receptionist.

In-room hospital TV: comfort without unwanted changes

Hospitality TV gives patients YouTube, Netflix, TV channels, phone casting and clinic information on certified NEXON Hotel TV players. They can watch available content or sign in to their own account.

Settings stay under your control

Users cannot change system settings or install and remove apps. Manage branding, available services and content remotely across your TV network.

A fresh start for the next user

After discharge, accounts, history and personal settings are cleared manually by staff, on schedule or through an integration/API. For longer stays, cleanup can be tied to the change of patient.

Music and announcements

Calm background music. Clear, timely announcements

Manage music and volume separately at reception, in corridors and in waiting areas. The player connects to the existing sound system, with schedules matched to opening hours and each department.

Managing background music and announcements in a clinic waiting area

Integrated voice queue calls, API-triggered service messages and announcements created from text with Vision AI. Clinics in Ukraine can also use location-based audio and video air-raid notifications.

A downloaded backup playlist can take over if online music is interrupted. Licensed repertoire and documentation for each location are available with Expert Music under a separate subscription.
