Waiting-area queue board
Ticket number, room, doctor, appointment time and status. Each waiting area shows its own queue; a highlighted entry and voice announcement signal an invitation.
Electronic queue boards and door displays work together: patients see their invitations, doctors manage calls with one click, and reception stays informed.
DocDream supplies schedules, appointments, rooms, doctor details and queue logic. NEXON Vision provides media players, screen playback, cloud content management, setup and support. There is no need to maintain a duplicate queue register.

Ticket number, room, doctor, appointment time and status. Each waiting area shows its own queue; a highlighted entry and voice announcement signal an invitation.
See who is consulting today, their speciality and whether to enter. When called, the screen shows the ticket number; during a consultation, it asks visitors to wait.
An invitation is sent to the board, door display and reception, with its time recorded in the appointment. Status comes from one source—the doctor's workstation—without managing each screen separately.
The number appears at reception, in the appointment, on the doctor's workstation and on displays. Scanning the barcode helps find the patient. A separate itinerary of services, rooms and times can be printed or emailed; it does not replace the queue ticket.
DocDream automatically assigns a number, such as 37. A receipt printer produces a ticket with the clinic's logo, a large number and a barcode.
The relevant waiting-area board shows the ticket, room, specialist, time and status. Patients follow their number instead of gathering outside the door.
The doctor marks readiness in their workstation. The board highlights the number and announces the ticket and room; the door display shows the invitation and sounds a short chime.
When the consultation starts, the status changes to 'In progress'. Afterwards, the patient joins the next room's queue using the same ticket number.
Configure boards for a floor, building, department or group of rooms. One screen can cover several areas, while zone-specific numbering supports independent patient flows.
The full view includes ticket, room, specialist, time and status. A compact view shows the number and destination. Grouping gives each room its own block; sorting can use ticket number, time, room or doctor.
Waiting areas can use spoken ticket and room numbers, a chime or silent mode. Door displays use a short chime. Simultaneous invitations are announced sequentially, once each, without overlapping.
Show the doctor's photo, name, role, specialities, qualifications, experience and professional associations. Treatment rooms can show a service name and image. Details update automatically when the scheduled specialist changes.
Three main states: 'Please enter' with a ticket number, 'Please wait, consultation in progress', and 'No specialist available'. Numbered invitations help the right patient enter.
Colours, backgrounds, fonts, logos, block layouts and messages can be tailored to the clinic. DocDream supports Ukrainian, Romanian and Georgian for these display interfaces.

Alongside the queue or on a schedule, show services, check-ups, specialist introductions, preventive-care information and partner offers. Paediatrics and diagnostics can have different content while the whole network shares central control.

Set different schedules for paediatrics, diagnostics and other departments. Update all branches or selected screens, combining video, images and web pages.
Queue information and clinic content can share a screen: for example, two-thirds for services and one-third for tickets and rooms. Alternatively, install dedicated boards for different floors and departments.
A NEXON media player connects to a TV or monitor by HDMI and to the network by Wi-Fi or LAN. Compatible Android TVs run the app without a separate box. We help with configuration, launch and ongoing support.
Manage content and check display status from a computer or smartphone. Downloaded promotional files play without internet; current queue and room status require a connection to the medical system.
Patients know where to go and when to enter. Doctors face fewer interruptions at the door. Reception can follow visitor flow, and management gains one information channel for the whole clinic.
