Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, VIDAA, TVs without Smart TV, monitors and LED displays
For a TV without Android TV or Google TV, a monitor or another display, connect an Android TV or Google TV box via HDMI. NEXON Vision cannot be installed directly on Samsung Tizen, LG webOS or VIDAA
Any Android TV or Google TV box or stick will work, regardless of brand or certification. Use a device you already have or buy one from a local store
For example: Xiaomi TV Box / TV Stick, Google TV Streamer / Chromecast, NVIDIA SHIELD TV or any others
Or choose the professional NEXON Player — already configured and ready to use. There is no app installation or setup required: connect power, HDMI and the internet, then add the screen to your account
Connect the box or TV stick to the HDMI port on your TV or monitor and select that HDMI input.
Plug the supplied power adapter into a wall outlet, not the TV’s USB port.
Connect the player to the internet over Wi-Fi or Ethernet, if available.
For another player, install the app using one of the methods below
On the player, open Google Play, sign in and install Downloader by AFTVnews.
Open Downloader and enter the code below or get.nexon.vision.
When Android asks, allow Downloader to install apps from this source. Install and open NEXON Vision.
This code is only for downloading the app. To add a screen in your account, use a different code — the one NEXON Vision displays on your screen
If your player supports USB drives, download the APK on a computer and copy it to a USB drive.
Connect the drive to the player. Open the APK in a file manager, allow installation from this source, then install and open the app.
Latest public version of the app
Keep NEXON Vision open on the player — a pairing code will appear on the screen.
Create an account or sign in. Open Screens → Add screen.
Enter the code displayed on your TV, give the screen a name and confirm.
Turn off the settings that can stop the player or TV during continuous playback.
Disable Eco / Energy Saving and automatic power-off on the TV.
Disable “No signal power off” if it interrupts the HDMI input.
Enable automatic power-on after a power outage where the TV supports it.
Turn off sleep, automatic power-off and screen saver on the Android / Google TV player.
Power the player from its adapter, not from the TV USB port.
On the TV, turn off Energy Saving, automatic power-off and “No signal power off”.
After setup, restart the TV and verify that NEXON Vision starts again and continues playback after 10–15 minutes without using the remote.
