TCL, Xiaomi, Sony, Philips and other Android / Google TV models
You can connect a ready-to-use NEXON Player or install the NEXON Vision app directly on the TV.
Choose NEXON Player if you want a fully configured solution with automatic startup, recovery and HDMI CEC power scheduling.
For Android and Google TV, choose one of two methods.
Sign in to Google Play on the TV and install “Downloader by AFTVnews”.
Open Downloader and enter the NEXON code shown below.
Allow Downloader to install unknown apps when Android asks, then install NEXON Vision. The app starts automatically and shows the pairing code.
If the code is unavailable, enter get.nexon.vision in Downloader.
Download the APK to a computer using the button below.
Copy the APK to a USB drive and connect it to the TV or player.
Open the file in a file manager, allow installation from this source and install it. The app starts automatically and shows the pairing code.
The link always downloads the latest public version.
Turn off the settings that can stop the player or TV during continuous playback.
Disable automatic power-off and Energy Saver timers.
Set the screen saver / ambient mode to Never or the longest available interval.
Allow NEXON Vision to work in the background and exclude it from battery optimization if that option exists.
Settings → Device preferences / System → Power & energy: disable automatic power-off.
Settings → Screen saver / Ambient mode: select Never where available.
Do not power the player from the TV USB port; use its power adapter.
Settings → System → Power & energy: turn off idle standby and automatic power-off.
Settings → Screen saver / Ambient mode: disable automatic start.
In Eco settings, turn off timers that switch the TV off when there is no user activity.
After setup, restart the TV and verify that NEXON Vision starts again and continues playback after 10–15 minutes without using the remote.
